Tailored Programs

If you’re seeking a tailored program with Alice, after assessing your goals she will work with you to create a 10 week program. In or outside the gym.

Alice specialises in fat loss, strength and weight training. Her goal is to teach balance and versatility in fitness, and provide programs that are tailored to the individuals lifestyle. Alice finds that with all of her clients, the best way to get results, is to make sure the plans are realistic and enjoyable as well as specific to the clients needs and goals.Alice ensures you are always challenging yourself and therefore her programs are designed to progress as you do. This also means you won't get bored of following the same plan for weeks and months on end, but you will progress every few weeks as your body needs!

Once purchased we will drop you an email with a short questionnaire so Alice can obtain your specific fitness needs and goals.  Once complete ALICE will contact you via email within a day to start the conversation around your program. Enjoy and smash those goals!
