Aldhy comes from the small islands of Alor – Pantar, Nusa Tenggara Timor in eastern Indonesia. For the last six years, he has been residing in Bali.


His clients describe him as “the real deal”, “the best motivator”, “super reliable”. Aldhy puts his heart and soul in everything fitness. His experience is international in scope, having trained and inspired clients in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and the Maldives. In addition to serving his clients in Bali through personal training sessions, Aldhy is a well sought after class instructor at Motion Fitness, one of Bali’s most reputable fitness centre and Ultimate Fitness, Bali’s unique fitness bootcamp.


When creating a fitness routine, Aldhy aims to incorporate full body movements in order to increase strength and tone. His video series will guide you through routines that are fun, intense and challenging. In line with his belief that a workout should rely mostly on one’s body weight and a few props, his routines can easily be done at home.
